Nestled in amongst the historic gardens of the Carrington Hotel Katoomba this outdoor space allows for a chic beer garden. The stone materials flow though the whole garden and give a sense of place with history. The beer garden is a great functional outdoor space for the boutique pub, as well as being a beautiful flowering garden. It opens onto the civic space of the town centre and allows great connection without imposing into that public space.
