Landscape Plans and Garden Designs
From the design brief we will creatively develop sketch plans suited to your site, lifestyle and personal preferences. Plants and materials selected will be appropriate for your site, style and surrounding environment. Our plans can include detailed layout of landscape lighting that is essential to highlight the design in the evening. A plant schedule is also show with chosen plants species, mature heights, and pot sizes at planting. Landscape plans are created using landscape design software, for easy transfer of data with other designing consultants which allows a reduced cost on delivery.
Council Development Applications (DA)
We can prepare landscape plans with all documentation for any new development including swimming pool submissions, retaining walls, pergolas adapted for Council approval.
Materials and Finishes Selection
Finding it difficult to choose? We can select the right pavers, timber for decking, pool coping, tiles, stone cladding, pebbles, furniture, and fencing to work in with the architecture of your home. We can also recommend suppliers for the different types of products used in your design with samples shown in the final meetings.
Project Management
Once a contractor is selected we offer the service to remain involved managing the landscape project during construction to ensure the job is built as designed and offer you the peace of mind via supervision and on-site visits. We can then handle any alterations that may arise and ensure they are handled in the spirit of the original design.
Planting Plans
Detailed Planting Plans are drawn from the concept plan showing all plants selected, pot sizes and quantities. We can offer the option of supplying plants at wholesale prices to clients who wish to save money and undertake the planting process themselves.
Garden Lighting Plans
To maximise the use of your garden and enjoy it into the evening, garden lighting is very important. Our garden lighting plans show the type of fittings and correct light positioning to create a showpiece garden that can be admired at night.
